We have worked in a variety of contexts, including:
- Engineering, financial, food and beverage, forestry, health care, high-tech, hospitality, law, manufacturing, oil and gas, petrochemicals, telecommunications and transportation industries;
- National, provincial (state) and local levels and agencies of government; and
- The volunteer or non-profit sector.
Prior experience in your industry is, of course, an asset. But we haven’t met the client yet who doesn’t say “But our organization is different.” What counts, therefore, is the ability to “read” your organization and its challenges quickly and accurately. At The Magi, we’re quick learners.
Our initial point of contact is often the Human Resources, Training or Organizational Development functions. We serve their clients throughout the organization, especially those teams at the top.
