Change Management

Change is inherent in the nature of life. The only people who do not change (as far as we know) are dead people. As Darwin discovered, it’s not the biggest and the strongest who survive in the long run but the most adaptable. Very often our choices (individually and in organizations) are not about whether to change or not but about when, how, in which direction and to what degree.

Organizational change can take many forms including:

  • Continuous Improvement/Discontinuities
  • Proactive/Reactive
  • Technological/Structural/Social/Cultural/etc.
  • Top-Down/Lateral/Bottom-Up
  • Positive Growth/Down-Sizing/Transformation
  • Team-Building/Inter-Departmental Cooperation Improvement/Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Specific Projects/Programs/Underlying Processes.

Sometime, of course, the challenges are complicated when several of these types of change happen at the same time.

Managing change is the essence of the manager’s job. We have the expertise in all these forms of organizational change to help you in your decision-making about those aspects of change that can be controlled, especially the process of change.
