The well-know McKinsey 7-S Model claims that organizations are effective if there’s a “fit” between their 7 “S”s: Strategy, Structure, Systems, (Leadership) Style, Staffing, Skills and Shared Values (Corporate Culture). These need to be aligned, however, with an 8th “S” – the Situation, the organization’s environment (including the industry, supply chain, markets, cultural and political contexts, significant history, etc.)

Then we can help your leadership team (with input from major stakeholders) make the choices you need to define your Vision for the organization down the road. (Later, we’ll help you champion, communicate and realize that Vision so it inspires and rallies your people.)
